great customer service - could use a back end to help manage the quotes better. I feel it would help keep track but i was able to find a work around

This app is great to gather information for us! It helps us to run custom shipping quotes to give our customers the best shipping prices and deals we could offer, all before checkout! This app is great if you are looking to have a Request a Quote feature for your website. The app works well and you are able to customise the form to your liking. The Omega support staff is also extremely helpful and very quick to respond.

The App is great, it works perfectly and it has many customization options to adapt it to your business. It is very valuable how well developed this app is, it does not decrease the loading speed of the web page at all and it also works directly from the Shopify panel. The support and development team is incredibly good, they respond very quickly and are very effective in solving requests to adapt the app perfectly to different templates. In my case they adapted the app perfectly to use it with the Pixel Union Empire Theme.

Request a Quote - Hide Price is the best quote app on the Shopify app store. We tested multiple apps including Quick Quote and G:Request a Quote. Highly recommend Request a Quote - Hide Price for your Shopify website!

見積り依頼があった時の自動送信の確認メールが管理者に届かず、サポートの力を借りました。すぐ対応してくれ、自動メールが受信できるようになりました。良いサポート体制です。I was testing the application and was unable to get an automated email confirmation to the administrator, so I enlisted the help of support. They responded immediately and I was able to receive the automated email. Good support team.

I use this app daily for custom quotes and love how it integrates with our site. We have a custom theme and RAQ needed to do some code code to get the buttons where we needed them. Their support team was quick and resolved our issue in minutes.

Overall this app does what it's supposed to do. I've had a few issues with it, but I'm sure some of it is an operator error. Either way, the staff has always been helpful with resolving the issues.

Wow! Spectacular support from Joy!! If you sell wholesale this a great app. You’ll probably need a little bit of help getting things setup but no problem because Joy has you covered. I needed a few small alterations, no problem she was there to help! Need to know where that setting is, no problem again and again. I’m just now getting this dialed in but this’ll be very useful for my longtime customers. Very happy I found this, give it a try.

It does what is says, it is straightforward to use and versatile depending on what you need! Also, the support is amazing and very helpful no matter the question or problem you might have while learning how to use the app properly! IF you need this option on your website, this is the one!

Working with Joy and Diego has been the best experience EVER! They are both super quick to respond and have worked with me for a few days troubleshooting my issue. This app is exactly what I was looking for and I could not be more happy with it so far! I cannot say enough about the quality of service I have been receiving from Diego and Joy!
