The quotes are great and easy to use for the most part. If I have any problems or questions, I can chat with Omega and they almost instantly respond and help me. If they do not have a specific feature, they will ask their dev team to create it for you if possible which is great. A special thank you to Wendy for always reponding with such personnalised and great service ! Would absolutely reccomend it. It feels like you have someone working with you 24/7 for really reasonable prices

I had a very specific process I needed and the app provides enough flexibility to make it happen. Along the onboarding and setting things up, they have been helping set it up really fast, being understanding and flexible to adapt to specific wishes not part of the app. Especially, their support team is one of the best I've met so far. Not only they understand quickly the issues, they resolve them really fast and are very responsive, being with you all the way.

Only just added the app, and I have had to do a little fiddling to start getting it the way I wanted. Nothing too hard. The only issue I had was with how the products were showing in the quote box. But Stella on their help team sorted it very quickly for us (within 5 min it was fixed)! Very helpful.So no complaints with after sales service. We are still to put the app through more tests, but so far it is doing what I need. Thanks.
