This app is great to gather information for us! It helps us to run custom shipping quotes to give our customers the best shipping prices and deals we could offer, all before checkout! The App is great, it works perfectly and it has many customization options to adapt it to your business. It is very valuable how well developed this app is, it does not decrease the loading speed of the web page at all and it also works directly from the Shopify panel. The support and development team is incredibly good, they respond very quickly and are very effective in solving requests to adapt the app perfectly to different templates. In my case they adapted the app perfectly to use it with the Pixel Union Empire Theme.

I use this app daily for custom quotes and love how it integrates with our site. We have a custom theme and RAQ needed to do some code code to get the buttons where we needed them. Their support team was quick and resolved our issue in minutes.

Does exactly what it advertises. I had to adjust a few things in my theme's code since I was using a custom theme, but it worked perfectly. Only problem I had was the quotes not coming into my inbox in my email. I messaged Lynn about it and she provided excellent customer service. We sorted it out and everything worked perfectly after that. Very helpful product, very helpful customer service, 10/10 would request a quote and hide my prices again.

This app gives us great flexibility to control information visible to different customers. The support team also was super helpful in customizing the various forms, and answering our questions swiftly. Definitely recommend this app it you have a tiered customer system

I installed it yesterday, so far the customer service has been very good through chat and meet. In English and Spanish. I have already tried 5 applications like this and by far I prefer this one, it is the most complete and customizable. La instalรฉ ayer, hasta el momento la atenciรณn al cliente ha sido muy buena por chat y por meet. En ingles y espaรฑol. He probado ya 5 aplicaciones como esta y lejos me quedo con esta es la mas completa y customizable.

Even though I can't call these guys, Diego was super helpful with my email problems using their chat. He had my email inquiries fixed with very little down time. The app works well for our company needs.

We tried a few "request a quote" apps and found this one had a good value for the features. Once installed we needed help on a few aspects and the Omega team was extremely helpful and fast to help. We're very happy with our app choice :)
