This has been the best working Request a Quote style app I have worked with. It is simple and to the point. The best part is, there were some features I wanted and the support staff was amazing. Not only did they take my suggestions into consideration, they provided alternate solutions for the time being and went above and beyond to attempt to help me with my unusual request. Joy, at the Omega Help Center was indeed a joy to work with - answered me VERY quickly and I threw some hard questions at her, she satisfied my questions within minutes . One of the best support teams I have seen and I very very much appreciate how much they listen and care! A+++++ Company and App!

This is the third website I've used this app on and it's fantastic! It does everything I need it to, which varies from site to site, and when I've run into trouble setting it up Malak and Carlos have been very patient, understanding and prompt in helping steer me in the right direction. Though the solution was pretty simple I would have never figured it out on my own without their help. I would give this app 6 stars if I could, and will likely use it again on future projects.

This app does exactly what it says it can do and more. Great customer UX on the front end along with good functionality for our admin team. Joy and Ms Quinn in support are amazing - nothing was a problem to help with and they assisted us in really making our customer experience stand-out.

This application helps me a lot in hiding the price and creating a custom quote. You can customize almost everything here including increasing the price from the default Shopify price. Both Joy and Ms Nguyen are very supportive and assist me a lot to solve my problem. I have no regret using this application.

I haven't even reached the end of my trial period and Joy at RAQ has already gone above and beyond to help ensure that the app does what I need it to for my site. I couldn't have done it on my own. I highly recommend this app for the functionality but mainly for the above-and-beyond customer service. UPDATE: I purchased this app for another client and Joy was once again very helpful in setting it up and troubleshooting for me. Highly recommended!

I used this app to give our customers the option to request a formal quote directly from the product page. Overall, I am happy with the App. It is easy to use and the look of "Add to quote" and "My quote" bottons is nice.

I'm amazed at how super helpful the team are at Request a Quote. Their assistance with app implementation for our theme has been by far the best I have ever had with any Shopify App to date. This app has more features than I actually require, I can see it being suitable for a number of usage scenarios. Settings, form design, email templates etc. are intuitive and well presented. The support team are responsive and efficient. In addition to the available settings, they added their quote feature to a custom theme template during free trial period. I will be repaying their commitment to an excellent product with my continued support. I encourage anyone looking for a request a quote app to start here.
