This app helps my customers submit specific quotes for items. It can then convert those inquiries into orders! A big timesaver! I wish the forms could include images of details/items.

So first of all, this app was really easy to setup! I had just a few wording changes that needed to be done; these things required some developer editing so I reached out to customer support. I do most of my computer work at 3am, so I got quick responses via Help Chat. All my issues were resolved perfectly. The customer support I received from Joy and Ms Quinn was phenomenal! I am in the final testing stages of this app, but I can already tell my customers are going to love this new feature and will prevent a lot of extra back and forth emailing to get custom order quotes. I will update this review as soon as my customers give me their feedback as well on how they enjoy using the feature in my shop. Looking forward to trying out this new feature and Thank you Omega team! <3

These guys have been great! They are incredibly responsive with app support and assisting with new functionality. If you are looking for "quoting" capabilities with Salesforce this is the best app currently available.

We have a group of products that are not easy to calculate freight on. We needed an app that would allow us to have a customer request a quote to include shipping for these items. This app works great in this capacity. Plus, their customer support is top notch!

We have tried all the apps on the app store and this by far is the best out there ( we have been using shopify for 6 years now ) The development team are always available to assist and actually get back to you unlike other companies out there.

I have seen many necessary features in this quote app, and glad to hear that the the develop team would like to add more features that I wish. Wonderful team! I hope they succeed. And thanks very much for the assisting from Joy. I will make some suggestion about displaying logic for line item properties, customized product usually has lots of properties, the ideal logic is that all of the properties are added to quote as long as customer clicks "add to quote" button. Expect that come true.

We used this app to hide some prices and allow a request for price and shipping information for some of the premium artworks on the site. The app did need some configuration to meet our needs and to work with the theme we are using. The team at OMEGA are amazing. We received outstanding assistance from Joy (at the help centre) and the developer working on our issue, Ms Quin, did an amazing job. We ran into a few issues at different times as we were setting up and every time we went back to Joy for assistance. Joy was always very friendly and helpful. The issues were resolved very quickly and efficiently. The app now works perfectly and we love the functionality - on the front end and how the back end works with providing the enquiry and the communication to the customer and ability to provide the quote for the customer to complete the transaction through the website. It's very customisable (easy to customise ourselves) which was really important for us. We highly recommend Request A Quote app along with Joy and the team at OMEGA. Thank you Joy for making this a very easy and pleasant experience - you are an asset to your team.

This app does exactly what I was looking for. It allows us to hide the prices and add to cart buttons from the product pages of products only from a specific collection. the staff are very helpful, and will assist promptly, it is easy to read, it works perfectly, with a quote button on each product, Great, fast service and a great app! This has been the best working Request a Quote style app I have worked with. It is simple and to the point. The best part is, there were some features I wanted and the support staff was amazing. Not only did they take my suggestions into consideration, they provided alternate solutions for the time being and went above and beyond to attempt to help me with my unusual request. Joy, at the Omega Help Center was indeed a joy to work with - answered me VERY quickly and I threw some hard questions at her, she satisfied my questions within minutes . One of the best support teams I have seen and I very very much appreciate how much they listen and care! A+++++ Company and App!

This is the third website I've used this app on and it's fantastic! It does everything I need it to, which varies from site to site, and when I've run into trouble setting it up Malak and Carlos have been very patient, understanding and prompt in helping steer me in the right direction. Though the solution was pretty simple I would have never figured it out on my own without their help. I would give this app 6 stars if I could, and will likely use it again on future projects.

This application helps me a lot in hiding the price and creating a custom quote. You can customize almost everything here including increasing the price from the default Shopify price. Both Joy and Ms Nguyen are very supportive and assist me a lot to solve my problem. I have no regret using this application.
