I wanted to hide my prices in product page and on collection pages. It required some coding. But the team did it for me within 24 hours. Outstanding staff with quick responses. Straight 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

Tuvimos muchos problemas con la aplicación, solo funciono bien con 2 productos después que el equipos de Omega modifico el código. Cuando quisimos filtrar mas productos nunca funciono adecuadamente, tuvimos muchos días con fallas, oculto precios donde no tenia que hacerlo, genero bucles de información. en general fue una mala experiencia. Soporte de shopify nos recomendó pedirle a Omega que ellos mismo eliminaran el código ingresado para evitar problemas y después eliminar la aplicación y omega nunca lo realizo y ahora tenemos que re instalar el tema. en total fueron 20 días con la aplicación y nunca funciono adecuadamente.

La nueva extensión del tema 2.0 de Shopify ha tenido un impacto en el funcionamiento de nuestra aplicación, por lo que nos gustaría investigar el motivo porque cuando nuestro equipo de desarrollo verifica, no hay ningún problema. This app helps my customers submit specific quotes for items. It can then convert those inquiries into orders! A big timesaver! I wish the forms could include images of details/items.

So first of all, this app was really easy to setup! I had just a few wording changes that needed to be done; these things required some developer editing so I reached out to customer support. I do most of my computer work at 3am, so I got quick responses via Help Chat. All my issues were resolved perfectly. The customer support I received from Joy and Ms Quinn was phenomenal! I am in the final testing stages of this app, but I can already tell my customers are going to love this new feature and will prevent a lot of extra back and forth emailing to get custom order quotes. I will update this review as soon as my customers give me their feedback as well on how they enjoy using the feature in my shop. Looking forward to trying out this new feature and Thank you Omega team! <3

These guys have been great! They are incredibly responsive with app support and assisting with new functionality. If you are looking for "quoting" capabilities with Salesforce this is the best app currently available.

We have a group of products that are not easy to calculate freight on. We needed an app that would allow us to have a customer request a quote to include shipping for these items. This app works great in this capacity. Plus, their customer support is top notch!

サポートの対応が非常に早く、問題がすぐ解決しました。 "Request for quote" ボタンの大きさがデフォルトでは、大きかったり小さかったり、使っているテーマと合わない場合が多いかと思いますが、サポートに問い合わせれば、すぐ対応してくれますよ。とても良いサポート体制です。
