The app is quite good. Did exactly what I wanted from it. Not too difficult to work the basics out. The real stand out was when I had problems with getting the required code put into our theme - the Omega team quickly jumped on and inserted the code for me and very quickly resolved my issues. I would have been messing around for hours trying to figure it out myself. They got it done in 20 minutes. Happy to recommend this app and the developers!

After installing and uninstalling a lot of apps out there, this app was a lifesaver. It's easy to set up and gives you great control. The best thing is that once there were a few changes I required on how the app was performing (example: button size on mobile view), the Omega Team helped modify the theme code as per my requirements and got everything working exactly the way I wanted it to. Extremely helpful, professional, talented, and polite set of individuals working behind this endeavor.

I use this app for allowing my clients to request a quote, which suits my store as many variables can exist and this allows them to get customised quotes. I was very impressed how seamlessly this app integrated into my store and worked really well. Also is very easy to use, looks good functionally and has lots of different options. Highly recommend if you need a "Request Quote" function on your store.

Request a Quote is an amazing app for my Shopify store, and the Omega support team is great! I needed a way for customers to request a shipping quote since we sell large items and the shipping cost varies widely based on their address. This app not only solved the problem, but includes time-saving features such as converting the quote request into a draft order. Re: support, I wanted several customizations (mainly styling) and Kaylee Tran and the Omega support team responded very quickly to give me exactly what I needed. Thanks!!!

This app does an extremely good job at what it's suppose to. It is everything I was looking for to integrate with my ecommerce store. The team helped me out on some visual changes I wanted. Extremely happy with my purchase. I would still like to see a design feature where you can change the button styles but their customer support is very helpful so if anyone has a design request they can do it for you. Pros: Simple to use, good UI, very good dashboard to manage quotes Cons: no option to change visual styles of button

This is the best Request a Quote app that I found because it has the View Quote at the side of the site. Thet also provides great service.

Love this app. Exactly the option I needed on my site for customers who have a project and need a quote for multiple items. I had a couple of changes I needed and the support team were amazing. They were fast to respond and made the change I requested very quickly.

To start with.. excellent customer service!! Firstly this is one of the very few apps that rightly helps with this functionality.. and its quite customizable. The team at the backend is very responsive & a member was even replying at midnight (their time) to help with with my needs. I don't usually review apps but this one seemed worth my time.
