Incredible responsiveness and support from Haley Richardson. I emailed her after hours and she got back to me promptly then quickly understood my issue and resolved everything within a couple hours. I will definitely be requesting her for any and all support in the future, thank you Haley!

Super quick support! had troubles with the quote form submission, i messaged the live support, they answered right away and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes! one of the best shopify apps i have installed with 5 star service

Good app for simple shops and easy to get started with. However, for more complex or multilingual shops, several important issues appeared: PDF formatting is still incomplete, translations are inconsistent, taxes and shipping are not displayed correctly, and the quote workflow is unclear in some areas. Support was helpful at first, but response times slowed down over time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for more advanced setups at this stage.

We tried several other quoting apps and this one had the majority of functions that we needed. There are some limitations but it works better than all the other apps we tried. The support has been very helpful and quick to respond to issues.
