The app is easy to use and quick to set up. It allows customers to send quote requests smoothly and without confusion. The support behind the app is awesome. The few issues we had were fixed immediately.

Great app! It does exactly what it is intended to do. I had an easy time installing and editing it. I came across a small hurdle, and Haley from support was very quick in resolving the issue. Big thanks to the SA team!

SA Request a Quote support was excellent. We had a setup issue and their team responded quickly, walked us through the fix, and made sure everything was working properly. The problem was resolved fast and the app is now running exactly as expected. Highly recommend for both the app and the support.

The app itself is solid, but the communication with Lyla is extremely frustrating. I initially contacted support with a question and she helped right away. She immediately asked for a review, but I didn’t have time to leave one because I was still in the middle of setting up the app on my site. When I returned to the chat to ask for additional help, I was completely ignored. I sent multiple follow-up messages and received no response at all. It feels like I was simply ghosted. Her icon is green and shows shes online receiving my requests for help but no response. Very frustrating to be ignored when setting up this app.
First of all, I’d like to sincerely apologize for the bad experience you had with our app. We’re truly sorry that we couldn’t assist you in a timely manner, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. At the time you reached out again, it was unfortunately outside of our support working hours (our night-shift starts from 6:00pm to 2:00am), so our team was already offline. That said, this is not an excuse - we genuinely regret that we weren’t able to get back to you sooner. If possible, we would really appreciate the opportunity to support you again and help resolve any remaining concerns. Please rest assured that we never intended to ignore your request/issue. Request a Quote app has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had an urgent issue where prices were still showing on product and collection pages. Haley jumped on it straight away, arranged collaborator access, and had their developer fix it fast. Then a new issue popped up with variant behaviour and add to cart. They fixed that just as quickly. After that, I asked for a couple of custom tweaks to match our theme, including the quote form font and the quote button behaviour on collection pages. Again, they handled it without fuss and even provided a Loom video to confirm the changes. Every message was clear, fast, and helpful. No back and forth. No delays. Just solutions. Huge thanks to Haley for being on top of everything.

The app works fantastic for our store, and the support team is fantastic! And questions we had they were able to answer very quickly and help us out. I had support from Joanna, Hazel, and Lyla and they were amazing!
