There are many apps, some need to be more friendly with the user. SA request a Quote is friendly, easy to understand, and has good documentation the user can access. In the case of support, I had a great experience with Haley. I wanted to do a tweak and got the answer and the steps to do it in a matter of minutes, no 24 hours later response or waiting in a queue for a possible answer. I appreciate the timely response and the Knowledge Haley demonstrated it is a game changer for our business. Certainly!

Fantastic app and great customer service. I had an issue which was plaguing my site and although I thought it was the app that was not working, Haley and the team diagnosed and fixed the issue that was not caused by the app. Would recommend!

Haley was amazing in helping me set up a plugin on my store. I was just trying out the app, unsure if I’d keep it, but her quick and friendly support made all the difference. The app is great, but Haley’s stellar service has convinced me to keep it, even if I don’t end up using it (though I will because it offers all the features I need). Thanks, Haley :)

I used a different quote request app for a year. While preparing for the website renewal, I discovered SA Request a Quote, Hide Price, and after comparing the price and features, I decided to set up this app. During the setup period, I am very grateful for accommodating many customization requests and ensuring it works properly. Now, it has become the perfect quote request app, perhaps even exceeding expectations. Although we have yet to receive customer feedback as the website renewal is still in progress, I believe our customers will be very satisfied. Thank you for all the help. The other apps from the developer group samita.io are also excellent. I strongly recommend these apps.
