This is a great app and the help I have received to get my site set up and answer all my questions has been fantastic. Super fast help support and patient with all my question. We've been using Request a Quote for several years now and can say with certainty that it has been a game changer both for getting more quote requests and converting them to orders. The customer service is excellent. This week we had a slight glitch on certain browsers after updating our Shopify theme. The team had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Great app and great communication from the customer service folks.
