We've been using this app for a few years and now have just added it to a new store. I was struggling to find a setting to change a colour and popped a quick message into the chat box, within 10 minutes we'd worked through the problem and the app was ready to go. Great app, works really well and has streamlined how our customers ask for quotes. We had some minor issues with how the app interacted with another app, but their developers were quick to solve the issue. All in all pretty happy and will continue to use the app.

I do use the contact form and request quote apps on our store, they work well, and we are happy with the customer support they provide when we have an issue; they keep you informed on the progress and make sure they get feedback from us before they close the issue ticket, My self I highly recommend both apps and Globo services to their customers.

I was a bit hesitant after reading negative reviews for downloading this app. But I contacted the Globo team, and they were so friendly, they helped me with everything and I love my website now.
