I needed a website to showcase my products and allow customer to request for a quote. This simple and affordable app was the perfect solution. It hid price everywhere, hid the 'add to cart' button, and hid the cart icon. When I needed any help, Emma at the Globo support team was very prompt and solved all my issues. I am so happy with my website!

The app did 99% of what I needed it to do for the theme I am using (Debut). The 1% which I could not do through the settings was made possible through the help of the Globo team updating some of the HTML and now it is perfect. The app is working great and I'm very happy with the support provided.

8/15/2024 - I'm increasing the star rating to 5 and adding to this last review from 2020. Excellent support by the app team and I would like to mention Haley who provided us with support lately. We are preparing to install an update to our theme and the Samita team provided very quick support and has implemented all the improvements we asked for with clear and fast communications and perfect implementation. This app has served us loyally for the past few years and is recommended for any store that all or part of its business is done via quotations. Older review 2020: Globo request a quote is an excellent and reliable app. It's the only app that allows to hide the prices and change the add to cart button to a request a quote button. The email communications with customers are solid and reliable. With the excellent and very responsive support from Emma and her team, we were able to customize the buttons and pop up message to our own style and also the email templates to the customers and those we get. The app also allows the customer to add files to their requests. The only reason that I'm not giving the app 5 stars rating is because it is not fully integrated with the Shopify customer list and when we convert a request for a quote to a draft order we need to enter again the customer's information to the draft quote. This takes extra time. Should it be integrated with the Shopify customer database would also allow for our marketing system to add the new customer to its list. This app and its support team is highly recommended by us!

The app is simple to use and perfect for what we needed. Most importantly their support team is amazing! We had issues installing the app with our custom theme. We contacted their support team and they fixed our issues within a few hours!! I we are only using the free version at this stage too. Highly recommend the Globo teams and this app.

fast and reliable support on get the app working with a custom theme. so if you have a theme that has a lot of place that need products to hide price and add to cart. it is possible to get the app to be configured for it.
