We can only say good things about this app and the Globo team. The app is extremely flexible out of the box but the team at Globo has been incredible at helping us with some custom features required and super quick at replying to all our contact and support requests! Highly recommended app if you want a custom Quote request feature.

This app is a great addition to any website, it easily and stylishly adds an entire dedicated section (page) just for quotes; really gives a quote the attention it deserves. After installing and setting up a form on their awesome new form editor, there was a feature that I needed added. I promptly got a response from them and they asked for some more details, access, and just like that the feature was added. Shout out to Emma! Fantastic app and for a good price too, thanks guys! Side note, some possible additions to improve usability could be as follows: - Choose between half and full width entry boxes - Have only placeholder text in entry boxes (no name) - Perhaps some custom CSS fields Not an issue, just some ideas

After trying a few other apps, this app is by far the best! The app features are great and easy to use. The best part of having this app is the support they give you. I had an issue with my theme code liquid and snippet files because of another app similar to this one and the team at Globo assisted me all the way through it and they are friendly to talk to. They do genuinely care. Thank you Helen!!

Works really well. This app is a great way to allow customers to request a quote for products that you can supply but maybe don't have in stock for immediate dispatch or for products that are customisable or made to order, the prices may vary so you can also hide the price with this app. It's also good to allow customers to request a quote for larger quantity orders where a discount may be given. I had some technical questions and the support has been fast and outstanding. Thanks!

I have been using the app since two years ago in 3 websites and the app works great, my customers are more active in my webpage due is easily to them to add them to the quote. The support is awesome, they answer me right away and help with all of my questions and requests. Very satisfied we are at the company with them.

Our website sells and brokers bulk food ingredients. Request a Quote is the prefect solution to allow customers to find every item they need and add them all to a quote. It has lots of options and will email the customer automatically confirming their quote request. Support has also been very good. We have done a fair amount of custom coding on our site and it has still integrated wonderfully. Any time we have had an issue its been fixed within 24 hours.

We installed this app to create a custom quotation button option for our customers who need printing or embroidery as an additional service after selecting the initial products and adding to the quotation list. This app works amazingly with the backend on Shopify, creating a draft from the quote is perfect. We had a few really small install issues, but the app dev team fixed them no problems, communication was fantastic. This dev team are amazing and would recommend this app to any business that needs to customise the quote after receiving the details. We will be adding this app to our 2nd website in due course. When I switched themes the previous "call for price/request a quote" app I was using was not working and was getting a little outdated for my taste. Upon searching the app store I was surprised that there were not many options for this feature so it was not a tough decision to go with Globo Request a Quote. I have an extensive inventory primarily to showcase what we have in our bricks and mortar store, less to sell online. I have many large custom products that would require specialized pricing and possibly calculated shipping to quote so advertising a price is not always an option. The last app I had needed a bit of custom code that I am not comfortable with, while this app has a nice admin page to do a lot the product selections and customizing from which makes product selection and creating forms really easy. Another improvement is this app allows the customer to choose multiple items to add to the quote form rather than having to create separate requests, while all of the customer requests are nicely organized for me in the admin page. I did have a few kinks that I needed assistance with and Emma worked with me diligently until all my issues were taken care of. So far I am very pleased and looking forward to seeing this new system work very easily for our shoppers to become customers!

We decided to go with this app instead of the others because of the excellent reviews we kept reading about them. And to no surprise we experienced the same level of customer service as everyone else. We had requested a lot of design changes and some code changes and Nham was more than willing to do it, and in super quick turnaround time as well. Trust me, you will not be disappointed if you go with these guys. Do yourself the favour and just go with them, you won't regret it! Thank you Nham!!!
