SA Request a Quote, Hide Price

Fantastic support. Helped me fix some custom coding I was working on to implement their app with my style. They adjusted their code in our store without asking for a single dollar! The app performs fantastic and does what we need! I highly recommend this app!

I have tried one of the quote app in Shopify and it didn't work well with another filter app; but this app manage to do so. Not only that, their support is responsive and prompt. They also manage to update their app to match with our theme seamlessly. However, they need to be more careful next time when doing testing and also ensure that they remember to revert the settings after they are done (because we are already live... I nearly had a heart attack). Other than that, I would use them again if I am setting up another store!

We have a company that custom builds most of our products and we needed a robust quoting extension. The biggest feature for Globo Request a Quote is the "Quote Cart". Most quoting apps submit one quote per product and many of our customers choose several products and then need one large quote. The form also allows us to collect all of the information we could possibly need to quote them accurately (deadlines, file uploads, etc). The other big reason we chose this app is because it integrates with Bold Product Options and when we encountered a compatibility issue, the Globo team didn't hesitate to fix it and now everything is working perfectly. We couldn't be happier and will definitely look at the rest of Globo's extensions to see what else we can integrate into our store. 2021 Update: This is by far one of the best app support teams out there. They are extremely responsive in addressing any issue no matter how small, and always provide a rapid resolution to your request. Thanks again to Emma, Joel, and their entire team for keeping their support service top notch! We'd highly recommend any app developed by this team.

The app is very simple and easy to setup. Although it was missing some features that we wanted, Helen was able to implement these features quickly. Their customer support is excellent and I highly recommend this app.

Globo customer service is amazing to work with. They are responsive and always available. We are currently using 2 of the apps and are very happy. This organizes the quotes for us and gets the job done very simply. Its visual interface is simple and easy to figure out for the customer.

If you plan to use a Shopify 2.0 theme beware that this app will not work anymore. We've been using this app for a few years and the support team is always top-notch. However, upon upgrading our store to a new Shopify 2.0 theme we found out that not all the functions of this app work. Any product options/variants that add an additional cost to your product will no longer be transferred over into the quote, making this app essentially useless if you are using any product options that increase the price. I really hope the dev team works to update this app so that it can fully function with the new Shopify 2.0 themes.

This app is saving my life. The chat assistant was super fast and kind. Although my situation is an unusual one, they proposed some advanced assistance. That is very much appreciated.

This app enables customer to generate a quote, but with no total cost! I like that you can customise email template but am really looking forward to being able to give the customers a final price, with a vat breakdown if possible. I am told this is coming in the next 2 months. Overall good app.

We can only say good things about this app and the Globo team. The app is extremely flexible out of the box but the team at Globo has been incredible at helping us with some custom features required and super quick at replying to all our contact and support requests! Highly recommended app if you want a custom Quote request feature.

This app is a great addition to any website, it easily and stylishly adds an entire dedicated section (page) just for quotes; really gives a quote the attention it deserves. After installing and setting up a form on their awesome new form editor, there was a feature that I needed added. I promptly got a response from them and they asked for some more details, access, and just like that the feature was added. Shout out to Emma! Fantastic app and for a good price too, thanks guys! Side note, some possible additions to improve usability could be as follows: - Choose between half and full width entry boxes - Have only placeholder text in entry boxes (no name) - Perhaps some custom CSS fields Not an issue, just some ideas

I was having problems with coding, can't figure out how to do it. The support team are very helpful and help out me with the coding and solve the problem instantly.

After trying a few other apps, this app is by far the best! The app features are great and easy to use. The best part of having this app is the support they give you. I had an issue with my theme code liquid and snippet files because of another app similar to this one and the team at Globo assisted me all the way through it and they are friendly to talk to. Works really well. This app is a great way to allow customers to request a quote for products that you can supply but maybe don't have in stock for immediate dispatch or for products that are customisable or made to order, the prices may vary so you can also hide the price with this app. It's also good to allow customers to request a quote for larger quantity orders where a discount may be given. I had some technical questions and the support has been fast and outstanding. Thanks!

I struggled to get the app to work on my site and they assisted me within 10 minutes. Great customer service!
