Great App & Excellent Support! We’ve been using SA Request a Quote, Hide Price for our Shopify store, and it has been a fantastic addition! 1. Solution onboarding: User friendly with wizards. Fast and easy implementation for non technical users. Useful condition tool to define RFQ scenario. 2. Value added features: A separate RFQ checkout form is bundled with this app. Customisation is easy. Upon form submission, admin can define specific redirect url for analytics. App allows creation of basic auto email reply. 3. App Stability & theme integration: Very good. Seamless integration. Developers are committed to regular updates to improve UI/UX and integration with latest shopify edition releases. 4. Aftersales support: 5 stars - responsive via live chat & email. 5. Cons: To enjoy most of the features, you'd have to go for paid version as free version only allows 5 quotes/month. 6. App Update - This app is regularly refreshed and improved. It works well with the latest 2025 Shopify Summer edition.

In the main this was very easy to setup and get going. There were a few things I needed and style issues after install, and customer service were onto this extremely quickly, making adjustments to suit my needs.

The form is fully customizable, so I can collect exactly the info I need from clients, and the email notifications keep me on top of every request. Converting quotes to orders is a breeze too. Plus, the support team was quick to help when I had a small glitch—fixed in less than a hour! Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to streamline their quote process and boost customer engagement.
