Printing labels is terrible compared to how it used to be. The old app you could hit print and it would print, now when I hit print it pops up print preview and I have to change all the settings for the printer each time... a lot of room for error and a lot more time consuming. What a pain in the butt!!

This is a horrible "update". Awful work flow, you have to search for all your new inventory without a good filter for that in products and then create a barcode and THEN GO BACK and do it all again to print. I have also waisted about 48 labels trying to get the sizing right. Awful.

This is the worst roll out of a new app I've ever experienced. It does absolutely nothing positive for this user. It forces me to move from Safari to Chrome, requires impossible work flow for our part-timers, and because of the required browser switch it forces more difficulties with other apps such as Shippo. I do not see one good from this change. Time to bring back the old app til use problems fixed. Please.

This app is terrible zero stars. Far too many steps to print a label and it prints off the label not showing all the product name. Please bring back the previous app that was fantastic and easy to use.

Terrible app, I accidentally updated and now it prints all the barcodes off centre. Why can't it do what its meant to do, instead of working one day and then not the next

The app does not work. When I click on the app itself it takes me to a blank screen.... Now I can't print barcodes at all since they got rid of the app that actually worked.

This app doesn't work. I use to be able to print beautifully designed barcode tags. I can't even get my Dymo to at the least get the correct sizing to print a generic looking barcode. You guys need to fix this quick, or bring back the old app that actually works. It's not even a fact of user friendly, it literally does not work with my Mac and Dymo.

This app does NOT work. When I try to print barcodes the printer screams at me and prints multiple barcodes on one label. Yes, I have the correct label size. The app is what is not working Why is this a replacement? Garbage. Zero stars.

I would prefer the app that this one replaced. I'm not able to export and save my inventory labels for my stock management. Terrible Customization options for the templates.

Currently there is no option to export the label templates to a file on your computer, though the templates you create are saved within the app for you to use for your products at a later time. This App doesn't work at all. I can't print a Barcode!!! Also my Browser crash down if I wan't to open my Template!!!! Please give me the BARCODE PRINTER back – this App worked perfectly and I had never a problem!!!!!

THIS IS THE REPLACEMENT?!?! ITS HORRIBLE!! Please please please please please bring back the original barcode app. There was NOTHING wrong with it!

ANOTHER UPDATE! Why can we no longer print end to end labels? The only choices are side by side. I have tons of rolls of end to end because that is what I use to print. Now those won't work AT ALL!!! UPDATE----It's STILL terrible! I went to print barcodes after having not printed any in quite a few months and it won't print all the lines even though it shows correctly in the print preview. And I've checked all the print settings. Seems I'm not the only one with this issue!!!! PLEASE FIX IT!!!!! Terrible! It is NOT user friendly! PLEASE bring back the previous Barcode Printer app!!! I am NOT happy that something that worked great was replaced with garbage!

This app is completely worthless. It is NOT user friendly!! WAY too many steps to print a barcode. The app you had before you took it away in Feb was way better than this one!
Thank you for the feedback, we are constantly trying to improve and so feedback such as this is always appreciated. I understand that this app does take more clicks than the previous version. I did some further digging into this and found that when merchants go to print the labels, they often experience missing label types from their print selection settings. To get around this, you will need to select 'Print using System Dialogue' and then select the appropriate SKU from the list there instead. NO NO NO! THis App is NOT user friendly! I mean does shopify test these apps before they make changes! This App takes WAY to many steps to print a barcode.....AND what labels print sideways?? How do we change the setting to print on our DYMO barcodes? IT doesnt save the settings! TOO many steps to print one barcode! IT DOES not PRINT sideways! Shopify PLEASE FIX this before getting rid of the other printing APP! WE pay WAy too much $ for this service to have crappy plug in apps!

To get around this, merchants must select Print using System Dialogue and then select the appropriate SKU from the list there instead. I just read all the reviews...is Shopify ready to do something NOW? I hope so... My Review: I used the Barcode Printer many times a day and was quite happy with it's functionality...in particular the fact you could see all the products you recently updated/loaded and assign barcodes for all at the same time. The new Retail Barcode takes way longer, requiring that you go into each product, assign barcode and print. When you ask to assign barcodes it says 'When all barcodes have been created, you’ll see an update on this page.', yet that does not appear, instead you need to go into each individual product and print... Why not test these updates with actual customers to ensure your clients will benefit, versus removing functionality that they actual need in order to be productive??? Call it a pilot... Not happy at all.

This is the worst app there is. I don't know why the previous app we used no longer exists. This just complicates the entire process.

This is not working for me and the old app is days away from being discontinued. We use 1" x 1" Dymo labels and I cannot get them to print correctly. You can't even read the price when they print out... not good
