A great platform with an impressive depth of analytics. For us, as a small store with a very specific target audience, it does take some time to find the right settings and determine which data is most relevant to use but our Strategist Kori is highly knowledgeable and guides us well through the process, helping us get the most out of the data.

Excellent insights and great support team We’ve been using RetentionX across multiple brands, and it’s been a game-changer for understanding our customer base, AOV and CAC. The dashboards are intuitive, and the insights around repeat purchase behaviour, CLV, and segmentation have really helped shape our marketing strategy. Allie's support is also brilliant - responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to guide Mitchdowd through setup or deeper analysis. It’s one of the few apps that actually delivers meaningful, actionable data instead of vanity metrics. We've seen a handful of other companies that claim to do what RetentionX does, but none have lived up to their promises. RetentionX is the real deal. Accurate data, extremely easy integration and onboarding, and some of the best account management and customer service we've seen. For companies looking to scale in a disciplined and sustainable way, RetentionX is an invaluable tool... Highly recommend.
