We can honestly say it’s one of the best apps we’ve implemented. Returbo has simplified our returns process enormously – just a few clicks and it’s done. It’s saved us so much time and allows us to focus on our core business and customers instead of admin.

Returbo has given us a smooth option for handling exchanges, which saves time & effort for both us and the customer. The customers have quickly adapted to filling in the digital return form -it’s very user-friendly - we have not gotten any questions or misunderstanding from customers about how to fill in the form! Returbo has also made it easier to keep track of the returns when all info-; tracking number, order number, reasons for return etc. are collected in one place. Being able to immediately show the sizes & colors available for exchanges and offering store credit as an option are also huge plusses.

Returbo is a highly userfriendly app with a great support team that is always easy to get in contact with. Because of our warehouse system, we stumbled upon some difficulties regarding implementation (not Returbo's fault), but thanks to Returbo's great efforts, the problems were solved quickly. The app itself is seamless and easy to work with. Great interface, and makes handling returns and exchanges ten times easier. The Shopify integration is 10/10.
