Excellent app with an amazing customer support team! I ran into couple of integration issues and through the Live Chat I was promptly up and running in matter of few minutes. Moreover the app itself is very intuitive and the documentation is also very thorough and easy to follow.

We have been using Return Prime for a few days now and based on the initial usage, the app is providing everything that it has promised. It has helped a lot to automate our returns/exchange processes. We need to use it for a few months to get to a stage where we can list down a detailed pros/cons. But up until now, it has been really beneficial for us to automate our processes. Finally a note to our contacts in Return Prime: Ms. Greeva and Mr. Shubham. They have been really helpful and supportive regarding the onboarding and the margin discussions. They have been really professional and prompt during the whole process and it has been a pleasure to have them as our partners for our returns/exchange operations. We hope to have a long and productive journey with Return Prime.
