Hyelladi was very helpful with trouble shooting my onboarding process. We're still at the beginning stages of onboarding. The live chat service can be a hit and miss sometimes. We scheduled a call and their staff never showed up.

At first it worked well, but now we have an issue that cant be resolved for over 1 month
