Relying on Apps on Shopify can be a pain but with the right customer service, anything is possible. Return Prime is a very accommodating company and the ability to customize and respond quickly keep my days on track. RP has been very transparent as to what is not available in the application but will also jump through hoops to make your special request happen in a timely manner. I am looking forward to see what they release in the near future as we strive to be more accommodating to our customer base as well. The app is great as well!

Easy to use and makes organising returns and exchanges super easy! Have only had 1 issue with the app as it wasn't loading but it was fixed within 30 minutes of talking on live chat. Great service and would recommend!
