Getting the app set up took some time (an hour or so, as expected), but once ready the app would not automatically enable. I got on with live chat, and they were helping within minutes. Support was friendly and quick.

Very great support helped me enable the return portal manually. They also helped me add other css customisations to improve my return portal.
