I wish I could make 10 more reviews but i cant, Thank you Wonda your excellent I love Return Prime, Highly recommended. Listen Return Prime 5 MORE STARS ***** TO MAKE IT 10 STARS, Highly recommended and this isn't a joke, they have awesome features that makes sense and set you up for success. I had a rep just now his name is Shubham, he went above and beyond for me to ensure he teaches me how to use the app and even volunteered in editing my policy pages making sure everything made sense, I'll be upgrading to the paid plan soon to enabled some more features, what you guys are waiting on please reach out to return prime and let them walk you through the app. Shubham your a boss bro thanks alot, and please send me an email so i can get the email you left me I accidentally closed the meeting and lost the email but hope you can see this review

Good app. Simple to understand and support is second to none. We're a UK business with three warehouse locations. The app is 90% there to supporting all our needs, but the support has listened to all our feedback and are actioning everything we need to make this work smoothly for us. Would recommend

Having the best time setting this app up! It was really important to me to pick a returns page that matched my business branding and this was it for me. I am a new user of this app but am a big fan already and super excited about it. As a new and small business we do not get a lot of return requests so having a company willing to allow us a free entry level returns option is huge. Scaling up the cost still looks fair as well. This app offers a one hundred percent functional returns page for your customer. Customer service is beyond patient and prompt when contacted. I am loving this app. You will too! Thank you!

It has been about a month since we downloaded this app and are super pleased! Any question I have had has been addressed in a timely fashion by Wonder! The free option offers everything we need. Our website looks super clean and easy to navigate.

Had some wishes, the support is very helpful. Even possible to plan a digital meeting to discuss the wishes. Solved in a couple of hours. Price is definitely the best, compared to all other solutions (I compared A LOT). ;)

Our company needed to switch return apps as our current one is being disconinuted soon. After researching all the different apps recommend by Shopify, we landed on Return Prime and couldn't be happier with the ease of use and integration with their app. Subham, one of their representatives, has already been extremely helpful and responsive in assisting us with the setup of their app and we look forward to working with them for years to come. Would highly recommend this app to any business.

I switched to Return Prime because my previous returns app on Shopify is shutting down. It LITERALLY took less than 10 minutes for the entire process. Live chat function is AMAZING and they are super quick to respond!! They walked me through the process, super simple, very efficient and extremely helpful. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. Very happy :) I recommend this app to everyone.
