This product is all you need for your after-service in D2C. I saw many other apps, but the user experience it provides and its features are pretty unbelievable. It is undoubtedly the best product, the smooth handling of multiple returns to managing exchange for higher to lower value orders. I am yet to explore the bot and other advanced features of the tool. I am already amazed though. Kudos to the team.

One of the best apps available for Return & Exchange management on Shopify. I have been using the app since 3-4 months now and it works seamlessly. Their main USP is to push for exchanges as against just accepting Returns. Support team is quite open to feedbacks and improvements.
