This product is all you need for your after-service in D2C. I saw many other apps, but the user experience it provides and its features are pretty unbelievable. It is undoubtedly the best product, the smooth handling of multiple returns to managing exchange for higher to lower value orders. I am yet to explore the bot and other advanced features of the tool. I am already amazed though. Kudos to the team.

One of the best apps available for Return & Exchange management on Shopify. I have been using the app since 3-4 months now and it works seamlessly. Their main USP is to push for exchanges as against just accepting Returns. Support team is quite open to feedbacks and improvements. Also the team is very highly equipped to understand the nuances and figure out a solution. Big shout out to SHUBHAM who has dealt with my innumerable questions and for assisting me regarding all issues.

The app is a very helpful app and very convenient to use. A great app with excellent features and even better customer support. For a small business, this app has the best combination of price, support and features and can scale with your business.

Great app! Fairly easy to set up. Needed some help setting a few things up in the backend and the custumer support was super quick and very accomodating. The App seems to be working well so far. I am pleased. Would recommend.

It's an awesome app when it come to smooth return/exchange customer experience, that too with your own branded return page. In the earlier app we there were not much options to return and re-ship the return items to the customer, but with this app we can do all that with much ease. The team is also very supportive particularly Shubham who helped us very much during onboarding process and was very proactive & patient towards resolving our queries even after onboarding. Just one thing if you guys can introduce the bulk refund in a single order, means if there are multiple products to be refunded in a single return request then we have to issue the total refund by mapping one product only instead of all the product. My experience with Wonder was great... i was having issues with my return prime not showing up and she was able to fix the problem within 10 mins ....very informative on the process and had lots of patience with my concerns.. thanks so muchh!!!

It's been super smooth and easy working with Return Prime. The interface is very nice and it was nice to see that it used our font and adding the brand colour was easy. Nice to know there is support on hand should we need.

I just started using it and have done one exchange. The process was very easy. I am mostly writing this review now because onboarding and set-up was very easy between the parts I did on my own and the customization I asked support to help with. The person who helped me was amazing! They were able to answer every question I had. Awesome first impression. Glad I switched from the very expensive app - Aftership which wanted to charge me $119 just to add the ability to do exchanges in addition to returns. Thanks Return Prime for making this switch easy.

I wanted to use this help to provide a quick and easier option for my clients and us as a business, when it comes to the return process. I tried to set everything by myself, however, I needed help along the way and their team provided that. They were quick and efficient to solve the problem we encountered. Their team is always available and just a click away. So far, so good! Great experience and I definitely recommend using their app. It makes our lives much easier ;)
