The app is super flexible. You have a lot of opportunities. I had troubles connecting my DHL account but the support was super helpful. All in all a great experience :)

We are a big brand that has a bunch of returns. The best part about this app is the support, immediate support. I booked a call with them within 30 minutes. We downloaded the app and are going live within 60 minutes of discovering the app.

We discovered Return Prime a few months ago when we were looking for a system that accommodates both returns and exchanges. It was such a game changer for us when we were able to not only house returns and exchanges in the same system, but also create a unique user experience for the customer depending on what their request was. The customer service at Return Prime was very helpful in setting it up and responds very quickly with any request that we have. We would recommend Return Prime!

Absolutely seamless integration into our site! We have a ton of apps that customize customer accounts and add specific features, and this app fit in perfectly with our design. We also had some color changes that they took care of immediately. Cannot recommend this app enough! There is a legitimate free version, where if your returns are low enough, you can use the app for free while you grow. Absolutely essential for any Shopify website. Puts the power back into your customers hands to automate the return process and keep your return email inbox empty! Thanks so much Return Prime!

Just installed the app and happy it does so much more for the same price as our last returns app. The support was AWESOME! Update - we have faced some minor issues with requests we needed but each and every time we get responses immediately and new solutions found for our requests. Shubham and team are so very accommodating and helpful in finding the solutions to make this very seamless. Our returns and exchange options have transformed to the best with their app! Definitely recommend it! We have been struggling to find the right platform to facilitate our returns and exchanges. not only does return prime provide the option for customers to exchange their items but it is so smoothly linked with shopify that almost everything is automated and updated throughout the process. we have been working with Shubham to get the portal customised to our very specific needs and he has done above above and beyond to create something tailored to our needs. He worked so hard and was so helpful the entire process was amazing. We canot wait to continue using it (we processed a couple of requests and so far its been excellent) Thank you Shubham and team!!!!

We tried most of the apps in this category and this one is the best one. It's easy to use yet provides a lot of functionalities. It also takes into account cash on delivery orders, providing an option to return the money to the customer's bank account which is a big plus for us since we have many COD payments.
