After going through 3-4 return apps searching for one that best fits our needs I decided to give this one a try. Return Prime is the absolute best. I am the furthest from tech savvy and it was an easy install. Everything was up and running quickly. I ran into a few minor issues because I neglected to complete a few tasks on the back end. This app gives return AND EXCHANGE functionality for a great price. Other apps make you pay $$$ for both those features. Also, the app works really well and the onboarding experience was absolutely fantastic. They inject humor into the process to actually make it fun and funny along the way. The customer service is wonderful. I was so happy to find this app!

I cannot recommend Return Prime enough! I was struggling managing returns on my own and Return Prime is the perfect solution to my problems. Their team is super responsive and so helpful. Good app. Simple to understand and support is second to none. We're a UK business with three warehouse locations. Having the best time setting this app up! It was really important to me to pick a returns page that matched my business branding and this was it for me. I am a new user of this app but am a big fan already and super excited about it. As a new and small business we do not get a lot of return requests so having a company willing to allow us a free entry level returns option is huge. Scaling up the cost still looks fair as well.
