Good app. Simple to understand and support is second to none. We're a UK business with three warehouse locations. The app is 90% there to supporting all our needs, but the support has listened to all our feedback and are actioning everything we need to make this work smoothly for us. Would recommend

Having the best time setting this app up! It was really important to me to pick a returns page that matched my business branding and this was it for me. I am a new user of this app but am a big fan already and super excited about it. As a new and small business we do not get a lot of return requests so having a company willing to allow us a free entry level returns option is huge. Scaling up the cost still looks fair as well. This app offers a one hundred percent functional returns page for your customer. Customer service is beyond patient and prompt when contacted. I am loving this app. You will too! Thank you!

It has been about a month since we downloaded this app and are super pleased! Any question I have had has been addressed in a timely fashion by Wonder! The free option offers everything we need. Our website looks super clean and easy to navigate.

I switched to Return Prime because my previous returns app on Shopify is shutting down. It LITERALLY took less than 10 minutes for the entire process. We were struggling with the manual process of approving customer requests at one place and then arranging for pickup at other place. It involved lot of our time only segregating requests, understanding the issue, that's when Return Prime came to our rescue, not only it removed the manual process but also made it an easy experience for our team to manage the returns and exchanges of the orders.. I really like this return app! The set up is very easy but the customer service is also extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help you get everything ready for easy returns. The user interfaces very simple on the merchant side as well as the customer side. They also set it up so that it matches your website so everything looks seamless.
