The "Free" tag on the app was little confusing. But team "Appsdart" was very quick to reach out to me and explain there pricing plans. The App is good and does the job effectively. Only if it could have feature to add more details or images from buyer in existing return request ifself, would have been great. currently, if more details are needed from buyer about returns being processed there is no way to add to existing ticket.

Return Prime: It's a great returns management app with good customer support. The auto pick-up/refund features are so handy and thoughtful. The Grow plan suits us fine with an allocation of 80 returns per month. No looking back!

This App is easy to install and their customer service is impeccable. The fact that you can link your mail carriers and have automatic labels sent to the client for a return, is a game changer. Plus, you can charge a flat rate return price to the client as well.
