Useful app and helpful support! I have used this app for my store and during configuring faced some integration issue but the Support guy help me in meaningful way.

This app was very helpful. Customer service was great- super responsive and even had a zoom meeting to help me set up, as well as provide further information to help my company succeed.

We have been using Return Prime since it launched and its great to see the product evolving everyday to meet customer requirements. It's simple to set up and allows for multiple integrations helping us track our returns and exchanges better and reduce chances for manual error. Overall a great app for managing returns and exchanges! Hope they launch notifications on text / whatsapp soon as that will definitely help make our CRM smoother. A few more tweaks here and there and we will have a perfect product at our hands. Also the customer service and response times are exemplary, kudos to the team!

Return Prime is one of the most exceptional apps on Shopify marketplaces. Wouldn't have imagined handling returns and scaling our venture without them. Kudos to Saket and team for providing exceptional support and improving the app while incorporating the feedbacks.

We have started using this recently and so far it has been good. The support from Return Prime team has been very prompt and we hope their solution keeps improving as time goes by.

We used this app , and really find is easy to use . The preface is quite easy to understand and very approachable. Also , all the queries are quickly resolved by the team. The team is really responsive to our query and gives quick resolution.

I did a lot of research to find a Return App that would allow our company to issue return labels to customers that we could then deduct directly from their return amount. Earlier it was way to difficult to manage my exchanges manually, now With the integration of this app on my store i am able to manage my exchanges and returns easily. At first the app had some things that did not fit for our shop, but the customer service on the chat has help us in more ways that we expected about the billing, and the functionality of some thing on this app. We can go with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed at all ! The experience for our clients is way better now.

The "Free" tag on the app was little confusing. But team "Appsdart" was very quick to reach out to me and explain there pricing plans. The App is good and does the job effectively. Only if it could have feature to add more details or images from buyer in existing return request ifself, would have been great. currently, if more details are needed from buyer about returns being processed there is no way to add to existing ticket.
