This return request app has been a game-changer. The support team is top-notch, always responsive and helpful. We’ve been able to create effective return incentives, which have greatly reduced return rates and boosted customer retention. Highly recommend!

Really good, uncomplicated app, but what makes this app super, and really to further suggest is the fabolous support! Really understandable, hand in hand support is really outstanding without any question for perfect customer experience. No robots, ai but real person with real helpful support. I can only say many thanks for Hyelladi Pindar for the top support!

DIE BESTE RETOUREN SOFTWARE auch für DEUTSCHLAND!!! Das Programm hat nicht umsonst 5 Sterne. Erst funktionierte die Anbindung von DHL Deutschland nicht und dachte schon aha, deshalb nur englische Bewertungen... ABER: Ich wurde danach Zeuge eines so hervorragendenen Kundensupport wie ich ihn in den letzten 10 Jahren nicht mehr erlebt habe. Lösung durch hohes Engagement des Software Entwickler schnell gefunden. Funktioniert jetzt einwandfrei. Das macht mich zuversichtlich auch wenn mal wieder etwas hakt eine schnelle Problemlösung zu erreichen. Toller Funktionsumfang der vielleicht noch die eine oder andere Retoure abwenden kann.

Excellent experience and very easy to integrate. Shubham provided very helpful direction for connecting Return Prime with our Shopify store and had it set up within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this app and their service.
