We’ve been using ReturnGo for 2 years, and it has greatly reduced the back and forth with customers by making the returns process much more streamlined. The app has been a big help for our team, and their customer service is very responsive, both when answering questions and when helping set up conditions. A great tool for improving efficiency and the customer experience.

A great app and support team. ReturnGo has made our returns process far more efficient, allowing customers to generate return labels and QR codes easily. We required additional assistance, and the support team was outstanding – extremely helpful, responsive, and patient throughout, taking the time to ensure everything worked exactly as needed.
