A great app and support team. ReturnGo has made our returns process far more efficient, allowing customers to generate return labels and QR codes easily. We required additional assistance, and the support team was outstanding – extremely helpful, responsive, and patient throughout, taking the time to ensure everything worked exactly as needed. Highly recommended.

This returns portal has been a great addition to our website. This is making the return process easier for staff and customers. You can customise it to suit your return process and all of the staff have been really helpful throughout. The aftercare support has been good too and they have been quick to help with any queries/teething issues that we have had. Their email replies to any queries feature detailed step by step instructions so that you can make the changes, meaning that you have a better understanding of how it works. Thank you ReturnGo!
