ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

I am thrilled to have discovered ReturnGo! I had previously been using ReturnMagic for many years, but Return Magic was acquired by Shopify, and Shopify pulled the plug on ReturnMagic (and there was no development or features added since Shopify acquired the app). ReturnGo is a welcome breath of fresh air! VERY responsive sales and support team. The developers are actively adding and fixing and refining. As of 08-March-2022, I'd say most of the growing pains are behind them, and ReturnGo is all we need or want. The UX on the customer side is clear. EVERY word on the UI can be edited. They now allow a return label fee per return shipment. RELALY LOVE the exchange workflow with draft order ready to 1-click process. About half our returns are color swap exchanges, so this is a very welcome feature. We can also ship the exchange on carrier scan - very Amazon like and great for the customer. I am not in love with the customer-facing email formatting. I have asked the devs to look at converting to plain text or a less complicated html structure. Overall, if anyone is migrating form Return Magic, this is a no-brainer. If anyone is considering this because their return app is $$$$, this is your possible winner. I will jump back and update this review periodically. [UPDATE, 15-MAY-2022] ReturnGo has been a 5-star experience for our team and our customers. We have not had a single "your return process is complicated" from customers (which we had all the time with ReturnMagic) The ease of processing returns and exchanges on our side are also effortless.. one-click draft orders for exchanges saves time and money. and partial exchange and refund makes it easy on the customer and us, I have only needed to engage with the support team once in 2 months for a routine question, and the chat service was fast and responsive to my question. The only thing that would make this app better is if made my coffee for me every morning. Thank you to the entire team @ ReturnGo for making this part of my business easier and better for the customers (and us).

Great price, great customer service, and overall great platform! The customer service reps respond immediately and are knowledgeable and helpful and the platform is very customizable.

Got everything set up via youtube videos & it was all wrong. Spoke to someone on the online chat at 11pm UK time and was helped by the amazing Nikki... She helped me get everything set correctly (she's a credit to your company) The app seems great from first glance and offered at a very good price

I use this app to manage all returns and exchanges on our store and it works perfectly. I love the features it offers and also the excellent customer service they provide. I strongly recommend this app.

Perfect Return Management App with lots of customization options, super fast support and really fair pricing. Nothing else to say. We migrated from "Return Magic" which Shopify is discontinuing. Give this app a try it's worth it.

Great customer service! I interacted with Nica today but they are always very responsive and human. I am a happy customer for over 5 years and every time I have a need they were prompt, kind and beyond helpful in assisting me. I'm a small client (with irrelevant volumes) and I'm treated like I'm an important client, that's so impressive! PS: I'm not commenting on the app here as I already did in the past but I couldn't recommend it enough! Also, they are always improving it

We switched to ReturnGo from another well-known solution. Returngo, unlike other providers, offers, among other things, true multilingualism in the returns portal and in the emails. The integration is easy. The excellent possibility to build clean return flows is worth mentioning. The support is particularly noteworthy. The employees are incredibly friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We are looking forward to further cooperation with ReturnGo!

Best returns app on Shopify hands down. Extremely customisable, very good support and looks very professional. App is updated constantly and keeps getting awesome new features - unlike other apps which are rarely updated. The price is worth very penny. Highly recommend.

This app is a game changer when it comes to processing returns. Doesn't take long to set up and is packed with features. What I was most impressed with was the help received from their support team when I had an issue with postage being charged on returns (I only wanted to charge the customer the price difference for the items). Junessa on the help team, was a joy to deal with - pleasant, helpful and more than a little patient with my limited experience. Together with her CTO, they were able to patch a backend fix to my store which solved the issue while I waited! How good is that! Thank you guys.

These guys have some of the best support i've seen from all apps on Shopify. Also I tested multiple return apps, this is definitely the best i've seen.

First off, never seen such awesome customer support team on any app before. Kudos to the team - every single one (most recent Junessa)! Now on a technical and operational side, this APP is genius, and makes all exchanges seamless for both sellers and customers... this review is being written after 10 months of actually operating with the app so rest assured this is SOLID! Keep it going guys, hopefully one day people can select exchanges within the portal itself... nonetheless, this is 110% perfect AS IS! Thank you! ✌
