We've been using Returnly for about 6 months and its been a great experience. Onboarding was smooth, the app is configurable enough to achieve what we need without being too complex and the customer experience is easy to use. We've continued to request more functionality, like supporting returns from POS transactions and support has been prompt and helpful.

Makes managing returns easy and convenient. The onboarding process was great and the support is quick to respond and helpful. The customer flow is also very user friendly. Highly recommend Returnly for your returns platform.

So it's good, BUT we just moved to a new shopify domain and they are not responding or helping us integrate so it's like we're paying for nothing? It's the SAME DOMAIN but a different shopify account. Nothing has changed, we just need to add it as a partner integration to this new store and no one is answering. Fine app if it works though.

The onboarding process was amazing. They use Basecamp to keep track of all tasks. You get a dedicated customer success manager. All our questions were answered within working hours and I felt it was interactive. We had an aggressive 2-week implementation time. We were mostly on time but ran into a few snags internally that delayed it to 4 weeks. Still very good. All processes are designed to create an automatic return flow, from request to refund. They offer QR code returns, instant credit, exchange for different items and the portal and emails are all customizable. They also offer sub-reasons for return reasons (1 level) and an optional text box for the customer to leave a note. Our store and products don't follow the basic Amazon flow, so we experienced a bit of trouble implementing this solution, but our CSM was available and helpful in providing creative solutions. We also held a few video meetings. Truly she is amazing for dealing with all my requests. There are a few areas of improvement that I feel would warrant 5 stars, but the service and support is top notch!

One of the best decisions we've ever made was to sign up with Returnly. The smoothest onboarding project management experience that comes with nice simple training modules. The app itself is user friendly, easy to configure, they listen to feedback and turn it into actions, they are constantly developing and optimizing it, it has saved us hundred of labor hours and our customers love self service returns and exchanges.

Love this app to streamline the returns process. The analytic are great to have also. Only wish is live chat customer service. Email takes forever, especially when you have an immediate issue to solve!

Returnly is incredibly user friendly for both our team and our customers. It is quick and easy to adjust your return settings throughout the year, set holiday return windows, and eligible orders/SKUs for return. They are always coming out with upgrades, and their customer service has been fantastic. Highly recommend!

Since switching over to Returnly, returns have gone much smoother--on the merchant side: fewer lost packages, easier access to tracking information, and detailed analytics on returns. On the customer side: nice interface and intuitive as a platform, straightforward, and helpful for exchanges/shopping for something new.

I love Returnly. It offers seamless integration with shopify and allows for super-easy returns and exchanges for our customers. They're constantly making improvements and the backend is streamlined and easy to use. It's a set-it-and-forget-it app for us. No brainer to incorporate as an apparel e-commerce business.
