This app has literally saved me hundreds of hours. Overall, Returnly is a game changer for businesses looking to better their overall return experience. Not only did it save me from having to manually generate return labels, it creates a better experience for the customer. They no longer have to wait until business hours to call and request a return, and I have way more time to focus on other parts of the business. My customer service team loves it. It helps them drastically expedite the return process for customers. They actually thanked me when we got it up and running because it does make a difference. The analytics are also nice, they give you an insight as to why products are coming back and help us understand what we need to do in order to better our product. If I can come up with a downside, I would say the requirement for Stripe in order to process exchanges is a bummer. I wish it was an all in one package from that standpoint. On the bright side, the Returnly team was very helpful in getting this plugged into our Shopify store, and the step by step training on how to use the app was very insightful. All-in-all, Returnly is a must have app if you are looking to create the best return experience for your customers. I am definitely pleased with the product.
