We have been using Returnly for a little over a year now and it is top notch. After switching from another returns portal we definitely made the right choice. Our returns rate has dropped with the tactics Returnly has to have customers exchange over return. Highly recommend and an app which you can scale with over time and to multiple countries.

Return my makes the process easy for the customer and us. Cuts down on the time taken up if we had to manually handle returns and exchanges. I highly recommend!

We really like Returnly and the support team, and have seen a nice lift since we've implemented exchanges as well. My only source of frustration is that they're not integrated with FB / Instagram checkout but hopefully they will be soon!

I loveeeeee Returnly! Customer support is top notch. The free instant exchanges is a huge selling point for my customers. Plus, the user experience for the customer is amazing. Everyone loves it.

Pros: - Great customer support - Easy and quick onboarding - Helped streamline all of our returns and exchanges - Customers say it is easy and straight forward Cons - Limited customization - International exchanges are still done manual - No feature to have the return label auto cancel off after a certain period - Not to many of our customers are re-purchasing with the instant credit

We've had the pleasure of working with Returnly for 5+ years now. Returnly makes it SO easy for our customers to process a return or exchange on their end - no manual work needed. I especially love how they are adding new features every so often, such as the ability to shop different collections if you are 'exchanging' an item. They just updated the look and functionality of the app, and it couldn't be better! Thanks Returnly.

We started with Returnly after using ReturnMagic for years. The difference is night and day— set up went smoothly with the help of Returnly tech support team , the capabilities Returnly offers has increased our exchange rate capturing otherwise lost return sales, and we're overall very happy with the switch.

Proficient and easy to use app. To start, your customers will really enjoy the seamless return / exchange system. Not to mention INSTANT credit is offered to the customer. The instant credit option turns returns into exchanges. Why lose a sale due to an inconvenience or overbearing return process? Returnly offers a return / exchange customer experience like Amazon. Let’s face it, Amazon is the new standard. It’s almost impossible to reach or get close to Amazon’s customer return / exchange experience. However, with Returnly, the customers return / exchange experience is just as good if not better than Amazon’s. Also, when it comes to the backend Returnly’s app is easy to use. It saves the CS team a ton of time and automats most of the process. Being able to turn returns into exchanges is a huge win and brings added value. The only thing Returnly needs to update: “The ability to limit the number of return labels for orders and exclude certain bad apples from being able to create new labels.” Other than that, Returnly is great.

The app is a game changer! It's worth every penny! I used to hustle customer service and do manually return and exchange but Returnly has reduced all my work and make the thing easier!

Returnly is our first use of a return management system. Operationally, it's game changing. It automates the creation and tracking of returns, while providing our team the information it needs to process refunds. There are two places it could improve. First, it would be nice if the platform could automatically choose a refund to a gift card or to the original form of payment based on our return policy. Second, it can't handle multi-box orders (i.e. it can only generate one label per order). If these two features were in place, it would truly be hands off for our team.

Our company has been reliant on the service from Returnly for over a year now. We were quick to renew our plan after the first year. This has freed up much needed time for our team and our customers have expressed their appreciation for the hassle free return service.

Great overall app, needs a few additional features to be perfect. First off, your customers will love it. Ease of use for them is off the charts. Saves a ton of time with CS team automating most of the process. Being able to turn returns into exchanges adds a ton of value. The ability to limit the number of return labels for orders and exclude certain bad apples from being able to create new labels would be a nice final touch. 4.5/5 stars in my eyes.

It is very easy to link up with the app from Shopify. The process for returning an item and refunding is about two clicks and done. So easy and reliable.

I have worked with Returnly for years now and would not pick another service for our returns. I have tried a few and reviewed a few and this is by far the best option for nay business.

Returnly has been a great tool for us. We used to have customers write into support to process a return and now they can do it on their own. We reduced our CX ticket volume by about 30% by making returns self-serve and its a way better experience for the customer as well. The reporting on gross/net revenue within Shopify takes some getting used to, but overall it is a great tool we would recommend.
