This app has been a great utility for both our Customer Service team and the customer. The CS loves it as the customer can set up their returns or exchanges by themselves saving my CS team hours of time. The customer loves it as they can easily and quickly set up their size exchanges and returns. As far as I am concerned it's a win-win all around. Returnly's team has also been extremely helpful in helping us to get this set up and running smoothly. Sick of dealing with returns or hearing from unhappy customers? Install this app!

Worth it! For our business this helped cut out much of the tedious back and forth between customers and made the return process a lot less messy. Corresponding order numbers are printed right on the return label that customers generate for themselves. You can create your own customized settings and override them from the backend if you need to make exceptions. Freed up a lot of time for our customer service team.

Returnly has really helped automate our returns process. It is pretty easy to customize all pages that a customer would visit, but total customization remains a bit locked up. The analytics are amazing and really helpful for know what is being returned and why. It even shows you what items are in transit back to you in case you are running low on inventory. One thing that is lacking is the information about what data is used to calculate a metric/report on the analytics page, which makes it a bit difficult to determine if what I'm viewing is actually what I need. I would also like to see them build out their team a bit more so that clients have an account rep to discuss things with instead of being pushed to customer support.

Very easy to use! Like how all returns are tracked and kept it one simple area. Would like it if when you click the tracking link it would take you straight to USPS tracking rather than the pre-paid label and voucher page.

This app is very useful! The most valuable feature in my opinion is the most returned products report. This gives us visibility on new products with high return rates. We use it weekly to react quickly to high converting products with high return rates.

Returnly really is a game changer for us! Having the ability to track and monitor when customers send back their items and when they were delivered to us is super helpful, especially around the holiday season when returns tend to be higher. We also love the functionality of the exchange process on Returnly. It makes it really simple and easy for customers as well as less time consuming for our customer service.

Returnly has been a great investment for us. The integration was relatively simple and we were able to tailor the experience to match our site. Most importantly, the amount of time that it has saved us and our customers has been invaluable. Their customer service has always been quick and helpful, too!

Highly robust returns platform that drastically helped our business and cut down on customer service. There is definitely room for improvement in some areas, but overall I have been very pleased with the platform, the analytics, the customer service staff and the level of sophistication that went into creating this software. They continue to improve everyday and we are really excited to see what they have in store this year.

What we love most about this app is how easy it is for our customers to use! It plugs in very nicely with our site and makes directing shoppers to returns a breeze. We are thrilled with the updates Returnly keeps making, the most recent of which is that you can exchange for more than just a different size now, and our customers are easily able to exchange for a different style or item completely. Something else we appreciate most about the app is how quickly we receive help & support if we need anything. Returnly is by far our favorite app we've had for returns since starting our business and look forward to their continued growth!

Returnly is an efficient, customer-friendly, and ROI positive partner and well-worth the Shopify trial here. Implementation is fairly seamless on the Shopify front and the Returnly team does a great job of helping walk you through any of the sticky points you might encounter along the way.

Returnly is very easy to work with. We have been with the company for over a year and a half, and they have some of the best return data and analytics. If your goal is to find a company with a high ROI with added transparency to your customers' returning habits, Returnly is a great way to go.

Used returnly for over a year. Returns process works smoothly for customers, but the app is entirely too expensive. The commission they take on instant refunds is way too high, and there are other apps out there which can get customers to keep their money with you, for cheaper. Offloading from this app was a nightmare. Zero communication, which caused quite the customer service headache on our end. I suggest checking out one of the other many returns apps built for shopify. We definitely didn't regret switching off this platform.

Really, really, REALLY terrible customer service. I would not recommend Returnly to anyone, and this is coming from someone who never spends the time to write negative reviews. We spent several weeks attempting to get proper help from someone at the company. Their response time via email is painfully slow, so we finally called and spoke with someone who was very short with us and unwilling to offer a solution that would work for our company. We had hoped to come up with a solution between the "Starter" plan and unreasonably expensive "Ace" plan, but were quickly dismissed and told the app probably wouldn't be a good fit for us at this time. We have already been using the Returnly app for a few months now, but they had no interest in doing anything to at least try to keep us as a customer. Beware that the "Starter" plan only allows customers to return one product. This information is not prominent on the Returnly website and, unfortunately, created a bit of a customer service issue for us. We already sourced and installed a different returns app that we will be using instead.
