We use this app to streamline our returns process. It has been an amazing timesaver for our Customer Support team. Admin/onboarding leaves a bit to be desired so 4 stars.

Our customers LOVE the Returnly app. It is so easy and user friendly. Our past return process was very manual, and our service tickets were 75% about returns. Since implementing we are down to about 5%. Its been a game changer for our customers and for our Customer Service team.

We're happy with Returnly because it: 1. Gives us instant insight into our returns flow (active in transit, received) 2. Detailed analytics into returned SKUs 3. Ability to run exchanges for products via Instant Credit (a major Shopify limitation currently) 4. It has implemented stricter returns control procedures 5. Domestic returns shipping is costing less than we anticipated 6. Finally, the service experience has been excellent Highly recommend

The app itself is pretty good with some limitations, but the customer service is completely dead after signing on. For the amount of $ this cost you would think you would get TOP Service.

We have been using Returnly for years but recently upgraded to a pro plan and it really is next level. It allowed us to fully automate returns with our warehouse and allowed us to customize all pages and notifications, to make sure everything was on brand. They also provided us with a custom order tracking page for all order, which was an added bonus. If you are looking to take the steps to automate more of your return process than I would highly recommend Returnly to do it.
