Amazing returns app with all the necessary functionality of the big name return apps for a much more reasonable price. You get direct communication with the co-founder who understands the challenges of fellow e-commerce founders and goes above and beyond to make sure you're set up for success. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great return app solution that can scale with your business.

ReturnZap has transformed the way we do our returns and we have saved a lot of money in not having to employ someone to process returns. It is really easy to use, takes all the hassle out of returns and is very flexible eg exchanges. The more you use it, the more you see how carefully it has been thought out. One small example is the way it saves stock if there is an exchange - previously, people would ask for an exchange and by the time, the original product arrived back, it would have sold out. Very highly recommended!

We just moved over to Returnzap Returns & Exchanges from Aftership Returns. Aftership cost was getting silly and plans and features were not suitable for a small to medium sized store. We were looking to implement an Exchange program (instead of just returns), including exchange for other variants across store. Returnzap has all the functionality and at a far more reasonable cost. Of equal importance David provided service and help configuring that was above and beyond. A pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Returnzap for your advanced exchanges, it has everything you need.

David and his team have been incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way. While we ultimately chose a different solution due to how our store credits works (a limitation with Shopify and the same issue with other return apps, so not a ReturnZap problem). Their customer service was outstanding. They were always accommodating, quick to address any issues, and eager to assist. Highly recommend this app to any business looking for a reliable and trustworthy returns solution!

The product is probably the best for return integration with Shopify, and luckily David (co-founder) was kind enough to work with us to satisfy our needs with this application. Because of that, and the up front honesty from David regarding their ability with ReturnZap, I would highly suggest you give it a trial as it has much more than the other applications offer.

We've been using this app for a few months to streamline our returns process, and the service has been excellent from start to finish.
