5 stars for excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to help you out. They are prompt and courteous and will help you troubleshoot. We have the pro plan, so there are only a few bells and whistles, but it does what we need, and we can't complain about that.

This app has a lot of flexibility built in for varied business workflows. And if you need some customization, it'll allow you to create custom "rules." I love the flexibility and branding it offers. Plus, it's easy to use. Customer service is very responsive as well, which matters significantly in tech.

Really good product. I had used it in the past and went over to Happy Returns as a PayPal customer and came back, RichReturns is more flexible and better for our business!

We have been using Rich Returns for a couple weeks now and so far, so good! We are on the basic plan and while it does not accommodate exchanges, it does expedite the entire return process and makes refunds very simple! The support team has been very helpful and quick to respond which is great. We are hoping for a few updates to the app that will make Rich Returns even more competitive with larger, more popular return apps, but all in all this has been a great app to get our returns organized, in one place, and to expedite the process. Highly Recommend!

Support was really great in answering my questions before installation. I expect we will get a lot of great use in this app. I will update this review after we have used it for a longer period.

Rich Returns provides a relatively quick and easy solution for small businesses. They allow for some customization options which are very helpful, but isn't as fully robust as a full ERP or Order Management System solution. The team is also super helpful and quick to reply when we encounter issues.

The best app we found for returns. The customer portal and backend settings are very simple to use, professional-looking, and functional. Customer support is responsive, helpful, and kind. One feature I think would be nice to add is if we can set a % restocking fee, rather than a flat dollar amount.

My whole experience with this app has been amazing. They were very quick to respond to any request and fast to implement resolutions. Definitely recommended.
