I downloaded about a dozen apps before finding this one. It's perfect for exactly what I needed and is priced reasonably

Rich Returns has been super helpful, and their support team actually responds—which is huge when you're adding an app to your store. It's been a great tool, especially for a business like ours.

UPDATE 6/9/25 We have not had a reply from support in a week. The ongoing issues have not been resolved and support has gone radio silent. Only thing worse than app issues is unresponsive and unhelpful support. App used to be great with great support. Has really gone down hill recently. They make changes without notification which impact the customer experience. Live chat does not function properly, which slows our ability to get resolutions. We are on the hunt for a replacement.

This app has made our exchange/return process much smoother and easier for customers and staff! Great customer support too.

We have been using Rich Returns for about a year and we are really happy about it. It's not too expensive and it has all the features we need to run a medium big Shopify store. I would recommend this app!

Could use a feature, but they're on it and I really like how we can upgrade and control our returns, charge restocking fees, receive photos from returns, and more. Great app, highly recco! Rich Returns is a GREAT return management app. I was previously using Return Magic. It served the purposed but had a lot to be desired. There were virtually no updates to the app. It almost felt like it was an abandoned product after Shopify purchased them. Rich Returns is very easy to use. And our productivity on returns have increased dramatically. The search function to find RMAs was very fast. The Exchange for variant feature saves me so much time. I am so happy to have switched. I demo other popular return app sbut what made me decide to purchase Rich Returns was the support. During the trial period, they were quick to resolve issues. Great customer support. And I can see that they will be continuously updating the app to make it even better. Great job guys!

We're really impressed by Rich Returns and their developer support. We explored 5 other alternative apps beforehand and they were all either way overpriced or lacked the unique functionality that we needed and were not willing to adapt anything for us. It has worked as advertised and they are always looking to make improvements. I would recommend this as your automated return app.

This app is a waste of my precious time. Do not use this app if you anticipate connecting directly to your carrier of choice. The dev expects the merchant to configure all six (6) email templates. Ain't nobody got time for that, bra! That' what we pay you for. Pay a company to design and encode beautiful email templates. The mobile UX is poorly formatted and buggy. It's straight-up awkward!
