I can no longer speak to a human at this company - I suspect they have shut down and have programmed their AI bot to close the chat when a conversation with a human agent is requested. No emails are answered, I can only attempt this to get some attention in the hope it resolves my issue - if not then the review will stand and the apps will be replaced by another company.

The customer service is horrible. I hate that stupid little AI bot they have. Every time I try to ask for customer service it automatically ends the conversation.

I was quickly and easily able to add a custom email pop up. Adrian was super helpful unlocking custom CSS and taught me a couple things I wasn't aware of. Great app and support!!
