Jel was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help me configure my widget the way I needed it. There are a few limitations to the app, that I hope Rivo will work on soon, but overall I am very happy with the customer service. UX/UI so that help is more obviously available would be great.

Just started using Rivo popups today and I'm enjoying the customization so far! I like that I'm able to customize styling with CSS for free as well. I chatted with Jel from their customer support and she's super friendly and responsive and helped me get set up quickly.

Had a question for tech support and Pete solved their issue very quick & promptly. We are using this app to capture emails for the last 6 month and it is much better than the previous app. Overall very happy with it.

Abbie was AWESOME! Really got to give Rivo credit for making a ton of these apps user friendly and affordable. This pop up app is super slick, and Abbie was quick at unlocking the custom features in order for me to play around with the CSS. Much appreciated it. Rivo, Abbie deserves a raise! I do not give reviews very often, but when I do, it is 1000% worth it! Rivo is an excellent application with all the use-cases of an email capture pop-up application. It is easy to use, but most importantly the support team behind it is incredibly professional and helpful towards all matters. I would give it 10 stars if it was possible. Absolutely recommended!! Pete is an absolutely beast of a support agent!
