Hi, fantastic customer service whilst using the chat agent feature - was navigating around the app for pop up options. Agent was extremely responsive and helpful towards organising my pop up, and provided great assistance. Perfect communication and a great addition to your app/company. Thanks again!

Great support, Betty was really helpful and solved everything with me quickly. Love the app, just what I needed and it integrate every sign up into Shopify customer list.

I'm just loading the app now so don't have much experience with it but it seems really easy to use and customise so far. Betty, my customer support person was fun and helpful and really quick to get thins done.

This is the best app for building your email list, so easy to navigate. I can customize my email pop-up and above all, their customer service is top-notch. I had a chat with Maria and she was so pleasant and ready to help, she made my day. I am glad I chose Rivo.
