I could not be happier with this free app. It is simple to use and does exactly what I need. The customer service is amazing, Paul was super helpful. Can't recommend Rivo highly enough :)

We have not began to use the app in store yet as we have been working on the kinks. The customer service we received today was wonderful. Jel was so so helpful and answered all of our questions we had. She also is a mind reader and suggested a couple of other add on apps that we have been talking about looking into and getting started. I can not wait to check out her recommendations.

Had a few questions regarding the set up of my pop up so I chatted to the team. Paul was extremely helpful by sending videos of how to fix my issues. He also went ahead and added extra features for me.

I love this app! Abbie and Lea went above and beyond to help me customize my email popup! I used to use other apps that were a giant waste of money with horrible customer service! I am so so grateful I found Rivo! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Very helpful customer service, they fixed the issue without me needing to put a hand in! Good overall app, just need an option to email the customer their discount code. Other than that, brill!
