We need to show both English and Chinese in the PoPups. They ended up looking like a big mess. James from the technical support helped us to customize the display and now they look very nice and neat. He has done above and beyond expectation jobs for us, and this APP is free too!! Really 2 Thumbs Up and Highly Highly Recommend It

I've been looking for pop up app and i think RIVO was the best ! The Support is awesome Betty is responsive and very nice to talk to! I just got my store done and new to this so its very helpful for someone like me when the support are great!

I have been wanting to integrate email pop-ups in my website since I started out and I came across this. This app has tons of features for free that other paid apps offer at a steep price. Abby is AMAZING !! Look I knew nothing of this app and she just jumped right in and helped me with everything and even made really great suggestions on what we could do to improve the quality of our store, she is a true GEM and really made my day.
