I had an issue after installing the app in the way I modified the pop-up. Paul was super helpful in fixing the issue. I had been frustrated, but his funny conversational style immediately put me at ease. Super happy with the customer service and the app! Paul is the best!

I would highly recommend Rivo Popups as they are so so helpful and respond so quickly, I had some trouble with my website and Arianne was so quick to help me get my problem sorted.
