Great app! And wonderful customer service as well! Love the useability - It's very easy to get started - The only thing stopping me from giving 5-stars is that, as of yet, we don't get option to enable double-opt-in which is required by law in some countries.

The User Interface is easy to use and the support team is good at their job. We can also customize design for pop up mail.

I am still setting up my pop-up but so far so good! The customer support is excellent and I love that remove their branding from my content.

I just installed this app. I chatted with Therese who helped me set up popup for my store and remove branding. The customer service was really great. They answer the chat instantly and solve any issue you face. Love the app.

So far it has been extremely easy to use and I got excellent customer support from Therese. She was very quick to answer my question.

easy setup of a clean looking subscribe pop up! only con is probably that you cant customise the font to your exact style, there's a range of web safe fonts available though :) very helpful team!!

great customer service, I was able to chat with someone quickly and they were able to help me easy to use and user friendly hundred percent free love it :)

I like how easy the app is to use, I wish it offered SMS marketing and perhaps the option to send a digital product (instead of applying a discount), that's the only reason why I can't rate it 5 stars... Abbie was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I've just started using it, but I can tell you the service support from Arianne was OUTSTANDING, she helped me quickly, perfectly, and was fun to work with (no seriously. GIFs with support staff? Unheard of fun)

Note: This is about the app. Not Abbie who did a fantastic job! 5 stars for her help for sure! The app is a great value for the money...FREE! I wish you guys had tags or a way to automatically send an email to a new subscriber. Our business works off of digital bonus materials as lead magnets and it would pair great with your app!

Giving 4 stars only because I just downloaded this app, BUT I am excited to see how it does! Customer service though, top-notch. Vicky was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Complimentary of my store and brand, and was very knowledgable. Off to a great start I would say!
