I am not really good with my computer skills so when I need help is REAL. Thanks to Mica and her knowledge I resolved my problems. Thank you very much . You has being great. Plus the pop up is super easy to make. Iam very happy.

I'm pretty new to this whole pop-ups for website and I find Rivo very user-friendly and easy to understand from the videos across youtube and shopify. Was curious about how to remove the branding and Paul was a great help, great sense of humor and responsiveness. He needs a raise for providing such good experience!

Great app, easy to understand and edit. Pete was so helpful on the chat and also removed their branding on their pop up! Now I'm going to check out the rest of their apps as customer service is on point
