I just added this add to app to my store for pop ups and so far it has been very easy to use. The chat function to enable other features was very helpful and they also added a lot of helpful suggestions to make my site better. So far so good!

The app looks pretty good so far and Paul provided knowledgeable and timely support. As long as there are no gotchas going forward, it appears we will stick with the Rivo app going forwward.

customer service was on point. Teresa helped me by removing the Powered by Rivo Branding quickly and I was not talking to a BOT! Real customer service and real time!! She also directed me to a link to customize my popup. Thank you for making this so easy and fun!
