I just installed this app and can't wait to see all it can do. I just chatted with Paul about removing the rivo branding on the pop up and let me tell you, the customer service was absolutely amazing! I am only just starting to use this app, however if the app is as good as Paul the Rivo team member who assisted me, I'm sure I'll be extremely happy. Paul was friendly, funny, and actioned my enquiry very quickly - he's a great 'face' of Rivo :)

Great app so far! Customer support is very helpful right after signing up and was able to help out with setting up certain tools for setting up the email pop-up functionality on our site.
