I used to this app to help my store gain more customers. My entire experience has been above average. I ran into a problem with the app but Paul from customer service fixed it immediately and went above and beyond with helping me. This is hands down the best pop-up app available! Do yourself a favor and download it now! You won't regret it!

Great app. Nice and simple layout and very user friendly to use. I contacted Lance from the support team. Lance solved my query super quickly and also provided some insights on my store layout and a couple of suggestions regarding how to further customise the store. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a pop up banner.

Rivo is really user friendly and there is a lot of section for personalizing your popups! Also customer service is really nice, helpful and friendly. Lance helped me about couple of my questions. It was such a good experience. I would absolutely recommend this app.
